Certain features of VITAL require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

VITAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our AI coaches provide informational guidance only — they are not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
